CZIP X allows to create encrypted archive with any type of file.
Clicking on “Create an encrypted archive…” in the main window of the application, you will see a dialog that will let you choose the files to encrypt. Please, note: currently CZIP X allows to select files only and not folders.
When the encryption will start, CZIP X will create a temporary ZIP archive with the selected files and that will be encrypted; due to this, just like explained in the Best Practices page, it is allowed to encrypted ZIP archives that were made with external utilities (like ZipGenius on Windows).
